Janina Mueller

I did my PhD in Biophysics, where I studied membrane protein overexpression and developed high-throughput methods to quantify phage fitness. As a postdoc in the Cluzel lab, I'm interested in gene regulation of the flagellar network, particularly the temporal dynamics and the regulatory influence of 3D chromosome conformations.
